针对畜禽粪便还田后天然雌激素流失的问题,选择雌酮(E1)、17β-雌二醇(E2β)、17α-雌二醇(E2α)和雌三醇(E3)等天然雌激素,采用HPLC-MS/MS系统建立了仪器分析方法和样品前处理方法;并采用模拟还田的方式,研究了其在还田过程中天然雌激素向水相中的流失特征。结果表明,在模拟还田过程中,雌激素标准品和猪粪中的天然雌激素均可以流失到水相中;与猪粪中的天然雌激素相比,雌激素标准品更易向水相中流失,其流失速度和流失量均高于猪粪。研究结果表明,天然雌激素向水体中的流失受到土壤吸附、猪粪中有机质吸附和降解等因素的影响,而且其流失量与还田量不成正比。
