本文研究了以不饱和聚酯/聚氨酯互穿网络聚合物为基的玻璃纤维复合材料的动态热机械性能及应用性能.结果表明,在不饱和聚酯中加和5%~10%的聚氨酯,使基质形成互穿网络,有利于提高玻璃钢的性能.随PU含量的增加,复合材料模量稍有下降.材料的冲击强度与纯不饱和聚酯树脂基复合材料相比有所提高,在PU含量为5%时出现极值,在此点冲击强度提高近50%.拉伸强度在PU含量到5%时微弱提高,大于5%时有所下降,在PU含量为20%时,下降了24%.材料的抗弯强度基本不随PU加入而下降,到PU含量为20%时,冲击强度下降了0.15MPa.
In this paper, the dynamic thermomechanical properties and application properties of glass fiber composites based on unsaturated polyester / polyurethane interpenetrating polymer networks were studied. The results show that the addition of 5% to 10% polyurethane in unsaturated polyester makes the matrix form an interpenetrating network, which is beneficial to improve the performance of FRP. With the increase of PU content, the modulus of composites decreased slightly. The impact strength of the material is improved compared to pure unsaturated polyester resin matrix composites, with an extreme value of 5% PU, at which point the impact strength is increased by nearly 50%. Tensile strength increased slightly at 5% PU content, decreased at> 5%, and decreased 24% at PU content 20%. The flexural strength of the material is basically not decreased with the addition of PU, the impact strength decreased by 0.15MPa to PU content of 20%.
