应用多种方法探讨了三种锅炉去垢剂对20克锅炉钢氢脆敏感性的影响,试验结果表明:氢渗透方法是一种评价去垢剂对锅炉钢氢脆敏感性较为有效的方法,SMA—1型去垢剂具有最低的氢脆敏感性,其次是美国的SAF酸洗剂,传统的盐酸去垢剂最差。因此,SMA—1型去垢剂是一种高效低氢脆敏感性的锅炉去垢剂。
The effects of three kinds of boiler detergents on the hydrogen embrittlement susceptibility of 20 g boiler steel were investigated by various methods. The experimental results show that the hydrogen permeation method is a more effective method to evaluate the sensibility of detergents to hydrogen embrittlement of boiler steel, SMA-1 type detergent has the lowest sensitivity to hydrogen embrittlement, followed by the United States SAF pickling agent, the traditional detergents hydrochloride worst. Therefore, the SMA-1 detergent is a highly effective low hydrogen embrittlement sensitivity boiler detergents.
