1病例资料患者,女,21岁,因“腹痛、腹胀、腹泻1周”入院。患者1周前无明显诱因下出现腹痛、腹胀,以上腹部脐周明显,伴腹泻,3~4次/d,黄色稀便,无脓血,呕吐4~5次,非喷射性,呕吐物为胃内容物,无发热、寒战,在当地医院考虑胃肠炎,给以抑酸、解痉、抗感染、补液等对症治疗,腹痛略有好转。但3d后再次出现上述症状,且伴有头晕、乏力,当地医院继续给以抗感染、护胃、解痉止痛、补液治疗,
