本文指出材料的含碳量和运行后材料组织的中二次碳化物平均尺寸(或硬度)对 HK-40钢炉管寿命的影响很大,而晶界块状σ 相则无明显的影响;证明了 K—D 参数法外推更适用于 HK-40钢;给出推算 HK-40钢转化炉管剩余寿命的经验 公式:
This paper points out that the carbon content of the material and the mean secondary carbide size (or hardness) of the material after the operation have a great influence on the life of the tube of HK-40 steel and the sigma phase of the grain boundary has no obvious effect. It is proved that the K-D parameter method extrapolation is more suitable for HK-40 steel; the empirical formula for estimating the remaining life of HK-40 steel converter tube is given:
