目的建立电感耦合等离子质谱(ICP-MS)法测定狼毒药材中铝、铁、锰、锌、钡、镍、硒、铅、砷、汞、镉和铜等12种微量元素的方法。方法样品微波消解后,采用电感耦合等离子质谱仪测定了12种微量元素的含量,并进行了方法学研究。结果 12种元素校正曲线线性关系良好,回收率符合痕量分析要求。结论所建立的方法准确、可靠,为狼毒药材的研究提供了依据。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of 12 trace elements such as aluminum, iron, manganese, zinc, barium, nickel, selenium, lead, arsenic, mercury, cadmium and copper in Stellera chamaejasme L. by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP- Methods After microwave digestion, the contents of 12 trace elements were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry, and the methodological study was carried out. Results The calibration curve of 12 elements had a good linearity and the recovery rate was in accordance with the trace analysis. Conclusion The established method is accurate and reliable, which provides the basis for the study of the medicine of Stellera chamaejasme.
