研究猪瘟病菌(Pyricularia oryzae Cav.)的越冬和越冬后的产孢规律,对明确此病流行的初始菌源以及对病害的综合防治的探讨具有重要意义。国内外一些报道表明,稻瘟病菌在自然情况下只侵染水稻,病菌可以在病稻草和病种子内以菌丝越冬,成为第二年初次侵染的来源。但是由于病菌越冬的菌态和场所各地情况不一,本地稻瘟病菌的越冬规律尚待进一步明确;而对于菌丝越冬以后的产孢规律,更缺乏较深入的研究。为此,作者于1983~1985年对宁夏引黄灌区稻瘟病菌越冬菌态、越冬场所以及菌丝越冬后的产孢规律,进行了较系统的研究。现报告如下。
Study on the sporulation law of Pyricularia oryzae Cav. Overwintering and overwintering is of great significance to clarify the initial source of the disease and its comprehensive prevention and treatment. Some reports at home and abroad show that Magnaporthe grisea infect only rice under natural conditions and that the bacteria can overwinter mycelium in diseased straw and diseased seeds and become the source of the first infection in the next year. However, the prevalence of M. grisea overwintering has yet to be further clarified due to the prevalence of overwintering pathogens and locales throughout the world. However, more studies on the sporulation of mycetes after overwintering are lacking. To this end, the authors conducted a systematic study on the overwintering patterns, overwintering sites and the sporulation of mycorrhizal fungi overwintering in the Yellow River irrigated area of Ningxia from 1983 to 1985.
