1985年11月19～21日,铁道部科技局会同车辆局、基建总局在贵阳车辆段召开了YLY_(24)型货车综合调梁机部级技术鉴定会。YLY_(24)型货车综合调梁机是在江岸车辆段自制货车综合调梁机的基础上,吸取了各厂、段货车调梁机的优点,根据货车段修工艺要求和质量标准,由铁道部第一勘测设计院和沈阳桥梁工厂共同研究、设计、制造的。
