本文总结了下列研究成果:1.铁矿石中砷的赋存状态;2.冶金过程物理化学方面:砷的氧化物的标准生成自由能;砷在高炉内及炼钢过程的行为;真空脱砷;稀土脱砷;碳化钙脱砷;3.金属物理方面:砷在钢中的形态、偏析、表面富集;4.砷对钢性能影响方面:力学、时效、回火脆性、缺口敏感、疲劳强度、焊接、以及抗海水、工业大气及碱溶液腐蚀等。在回顾的基础上,提出了今后研究工作的方向。
This paper summarizes the following research results: 1. Occurrence status of arsenic in iron ore; 2. Physical and chemical aspects of metallurgical process: standard formation free energy of arsenic oxide; behavior of arsenic in blast furnace and steel making process; Arsenic; rare earth arsenic removal; arsenic removal of calcium carbide; 3. metal physical aspects: arsenic in steel morphology segregation, surface enrichment; arsenic on the performance of steel: mechanical, aging, Fatigue strength, welding, as well as anti-sea water, industrial atmosphere and alkali solution corrosion. Based on the review, the direction of future research work is put forward.
