沙滩排球对运动员的体能水平要求较高,通过高原训练来提高沙滩排球运动员的体能储备水平,为平原的技术训练和比赛打下良好的体能基础。采用文献资料法、实验法、数理统计法、逻辑推理等方法对8名优秀女子沙滩排球运动员进行为期4周的高原训练,分别在高原训练前1周,高原训练第1周、高原训练第4周、下高原第2周的身体素质指标、身体机能指标进行测试,以期探索女子沙滩排球运动员高原身体素质、身体机能变化规律。
Beach volleyball has high requirements on the physical fitness level of the athletes. Through the training of plateau, the volleyball players’ physical reserve level is increased, laying a good physical foundation for the technical training and competition of the plain. Eight excellent women’s beach volleyball players were trained for four weeks by using the method of literature, experiment, mathematical statistics and logical reasoning. The results were as follows: 1 week before plateau training, 1 week plateau training, 4 cases of plateau training Week, the second week of the next week, physical fitness indicators, physical performance indicators for testing, in order to explore the beach volleyball athlete plateau physical fitness, body function changes.
