为研究新生儿促甲状腺激素（TSH）血样采集方法，建立了采集邮寄服务网络，提高TSH检验工作水平和覆盖率。结果表明，发挥网络功能对开展新生儿TSH检验工作是非常重要的。
In order to study the method of collecting blood samples of neonatal thyrotropin (TSH), a collection of mailing service network was set up to improve the level and coverage of TSH inspection work. The results show that to play a network function is very important for carrying out TSH testing of newborns.
