应用1.2%苦参碱烟碱乳油不同浓度喷雾防治杨树食叶害虫杨小舟蛾、杨扇舟蛾、黄翅缀叶野螟幼虫。结果表明,1.2%苦参碱烟碱乳油600倍液防治杨小舟蛾、杨扇舟蛾、黄翅缀叶野螟幼虫死亡率依次为100%、99.2%和100%,校正死亡率依次为100%、99.2%和100%;1.2%苦参碱烟碱乳油800倍液防治上述3种害虫幼虫死亡率依次为93.2%、96.9%和95.7%,校正死亡率依次为92.8%、96.7%和93.0%;1.2%苦参碱烟碱乳油1 000倍液防治上述3种害虫幼虫死亡率依次为79.2%、64.3%和80.5%,校正死亡率依次为78.0%、62.3%和79.4%。t检验结果,1.2%苦参碱烟碱乳油600与800倍液、600与1 000倍液、800与1 000倍液之间幼虫死亡率均差异极显著(P<0.01)。生产上宜采用600倍液防治,并可实现无公害防治目标。
Application of 1.2% matrine nicotine EC spray of different concentrations of poplar leaf insect pest Yang Cockerellus, cockroach Yang, yellow wing leaf borer larvae. The results showed that the mortality of 100%, 99.2% and 100% of the larvae of Diaphania bitingii, Carpenter’s beetle and Diadema scripta were controlled by 600 times of 1.2% matrine nicotine EC, and the corrected mortality rates were 100% , 99.2% and 100%, respectively. The mortality rates of 1.2% matrine and nicotine EC 800 times were 93.2%, 96.9% and 95.7%, and the corrected mortality rates were 92.8%, 96.7% and 93.0% ; 1.2% matrine nicotine EC 1 000 times the prevention and control of these three kinds of pests larvae mortality were 79.2%, 64.3% and 80.5%, the corrected mortality rates were 78.0%, 62.3% and 79.4%. t test results showed that there was significant difference (P <0.01) in larval mortality between 1.2% matrine nicotine EC 600 and 800 times, 600 and 1000 times and between 800 and 1000 times. Production should be used 600 times liquid prevention and control, and pollution-free control objectives can be achieved.
