胜利炼油厂电气分厂从抓好职工的技术培训入手,依靠科技进步,实行全方位管理,取得显著成效。1994、1995年连续两次被山东省授予“省级工人技术达标先进单位”,1996年该厂电站在淄博市供电评比中又获得第一名,并连续8年获市电网优秀变电站称号。截至1997年1月初,实现甲变电站安全供电3417天,创安全供电新纪录。 一、苦练内功,全面提高职工素质 电气分厂负责炼油厂60多套生产装置和500余万平方米生活区的8000余台电气设备的维护保养,要求职工具有较高的专业技术素质。因此,在职工培训方面,分厂一是抓好基础培训。对于新入厂职工,以及没经过系统电气理论学习的职工,都及时组织办各种脱产班、业余班、高中文化补习班,并签订师徒合同,使95％以上的人都取得了合格证。二是抓骨干力量素质的提高。在进行职工培训的同时,注重技术人员及时了解掌握先进技术,为此,他们聘请专家举办了《美国主风机控制原理》、《吹灰器PC机原理》、《UPS原理及维护》和《GIS运行及护理》
