为观察蚊细胞系在生长、繁殖过程中氨基酸的代谢 ,用国内常见蚊虫细胞系 Cpp5 12、Aalb10 5、Anso2 42及Ana10 4作 18种氨基酸代谢动态观察。结果表明 ,除 Aalb10 5外 ,其它 3种蚊细胞对谷氨酸和谷氨酰胺需量特别大。亮氨酸、脯氨酸、苯丙氨酸、甲硫氨酸等则变化不明显 ,而丝氨酸、甘氨酸和组氨酸均有些增加。天门冬氨酸在Aalb10 5、Cpp5 12和 Anso2 42培养液中为下降 ,而在 Ana10 4中为增高。苏氨酸在 Ana10 4和 Anso2 42培养液中含量增高明显 ,而在 Cpp5 12中却下降。鸟氨酸和脯氨酸在 Anso2 42培养液中含量增高明显。苯丙氨酸含量在 Ana10 4和 Anso2 42培养液中呈下降趋势 ,而在 Aalb10 5和 Cpp5 12中变化不显著。这些代谢特点造就了它们各自生理、生态、遗传和传病等方面的特征 ,也为更合理配制蚊细胞培养基提供了可靠资料。
In order to observe the metabolism of amino acids during the growth and reproduction of mosquito cell lines, the 18 kinds of amino acid metabolism dynamics were observed using the common domestic mosquito cell lines Cpp5 12, Aalb10 5, Anso2 42 and Ana10 4. The results showed that in addition to Aalb10 5, the other three kinds of mosquito cells glutamate and glutamine demand is particularly large. Leucine, proline, phenylalanine, methionine and other changes were not obvious, while serine, glycine and histidine were some increase. Aspartic acid decreased in Aalb10 5, Cpp5 12 and Anso2 42 medium, but increased in Ana10 4. Threonine increased significantly in Ana10 4 and Anso2 42 cultures, but decreased in Cpp5 12. Ornithine and proline in Anso2 42 medium increased significantly. Phenylalanine content showed a decreasing trend in Ana10 4 and Anso2 42 medium, but not in Aalb10 5 and Cpp5 12. These metabolic features have resulted in their respective physiological, ecological, genetic and pathological aspects of the characteristics, but also for more reasonable preparation of mosquito cell culture medium provides reliable information.
