在住院医师规范化培训中,导师是学员职业生涯的开拓者和领路人。导师对学员人文素质、医德医风养成具有重要的教育作用和教育影响。目前规培中导师对学员医患沟通能力的培养存在不少问题,需要重构教学内容、改革教学方法、完善考核方式、建设导师队伍,以提升导师对学员沟通能力的教育作用。
In the standardized training of residents, the mentor is a pioneer and leader of the student career. Tutors have important educational and educational influences on the humanistic quality of students and the development of medical ethics. At present, there are many problems in the training of trainees’ communication ability between doctors and patients, and the teaching contents need to be rebuilt, the teaching methods should be reformed, the assessment methods should be improved, and the tutors should be constructed to enhance the instructor’s educational effect on the communicative competence of trainees.
