我厂是以外贸运输车辆修理业为主,兼开展检车、汽保机具制造和汽车配件经销等业务的汽车大修厂。1989年上半年,几项主要经济指标比1988年同期有较大幅度的增长,1至6月完成产值195.6万元,比上年同期增长24.7%;实现利润33.4万元,完成年承包数的71%,比上年同期增长6.5%。1989年6月我厂通过了进口汽车修理行业的国家二级企业考评。一、深化企业内部改革,落实承包经营责任制。 1、分解经济指标,落实承包合同。在理顺党、政、工关系、精简科室、中层干部实行聘任制的基础上,厂长先后与11个科室和生产单位签订了经济承包合同。通过经济承包合同,把全厂的各项主要经济指标层层分解,对不同的车间、部门提出了不同的要求,从而建立了实现企业经济目标的保证体系。2、明确
