教育心理学中有关于动作技能形成的系统理论,其中以菲茨和波斯纳动作技能形成的三阶段理论为代表。而动作技能的形成和熟练正是舞蹈教学过程的核心环节,因此,教育心理学动作技能形成理论对于舞蹈教学有着很强的实践指导意义。成人舞蹈普及教学是舞蹈教学中的一个分支,除具备舞蹈教学的一般特点外,还有其特殊性,根据动作技能形成的规律特点,在教学过程中,如果采用一些巧妙的策略,可以达到事半功倍的教学效果。
