目的对一起食物中毒中分离到金黄色葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus aureus,S.aureus)进行肠毒素基因分型和脉冲场凝胶电泳法(PFGE)分型。方法采用mini-VIDAS全自动荧光免疫分析仪对菌株进行肠毒素检测,对产肠毒素的菌株进行PCR基因分型与PFGE同源性分析。结果从被检样品中共分离到22株金黄色葡萄球菌,肠毒素初筛均为阳性,基因分型检测均为SEA。PFGE分型结果显示22株可分为3个型,P1型为19株,P2型2株,P3型1株。结论根据实验室检测结果分析这是一起产肠毒素SEA的金黄色葡萄球菌引起的食物中毒。PFGE分型结果显示有3个型,P1型占主导。
Objective To isolate Staphylococcus aureus (S. aureus) from food poisoning for enterotoxin genotyping and pulsed-field gel electrophoresis (PFGE) typing. Methods The mini-VIDAS automatic fluorescence immunoassay analyzer was used to detect the enterotoxigenicity of the strains. PCR-based genotyping and PFGE analysis of enterotoxigenic strains were performed. Results Twenty-two Staphylococcus aureus strains were isolated from the seized samples. The initial screening of enterotoxins was positive and the genotypes were all SEA. PFGE typing results showed that 22 strains could be divided into three types, P1 type 19 strains, P2 type 2 strains, P3 type 1 strain. Conclusion According to the laboratory test results, this is a food poisoning caused by Staphylococcus aureus producing enterotoxin SEA. PFGE typing results showed that there are three types, P1-type dominated.
