1997年5月20日由河北省建委和河北省化学建材协调联合组织,被业内人士称之为河北省发展 PVC 建材的一个重要里程碑的“河北省建筑 PVC 管材(件)推广应用会议”在革命老区平山县的四强工业集团公司隆重召开。国家建设部、国家建材局、国家建筑材料协会、全国化学建材协调组的领导同志和清华大学的著名专家,专程从北京来到平山参加会议,河北省建委、化工厅、轻工厅、建材局、各建筑设计院及全省各地城建系统和有关行政、科技、建筑、安装企业单位的领导和专业人员云集一堂,共商河北省新型建材的发展和 PVC 管道的推广应用,会议气氛热烈,发言踊跃……四强工业集团总裁刘海涛代表生产厂家在会上发言,介绍了本公司选项、投产 PVC 管道(件)的过程和现在的生产规模及经营业绩。他的发言充满激情,话语诚恳动人,赢得了阵阵掌声,也引起了与会人员的感叹:一个坐落在平山老区的小型企业能在强手如林的情况下,凭着老区人的憨厚、朴实的性格和艰苦创业的精神大胆开拓,勇于创新,在河北省率先兴建 PVC 管道(件)生产基地,并很快形成年产3600吨的生产规模,真不容易啊!
May 20, 1997, organized by the Hebei Provincial Construction Committee and the Hebei Provincial Chemical Building Materials Co-ordination Organization, was called “Hebei Province Construction PVC Pipe (Parts) Promotion and Application Conference” by industry insiders as an important milestone in the development of PVC building materials in Hebei Province. In the old revolutionary base area Pingshan County, the semi-strong industrial group company was grandly held. Leading comrades from the Ministry of Construction, National Building Materials Bureau, National Building Materials Association, National Chemical Building Materials Coordination Group and Tsinghua University famous experts made a special trip from Beijing to Pingshan to participate in the conference, Hebei Provincial Construction Committee, Chemical Engineering Department, Light Industry Department, Building Materials Bureau , various architectural design institutes and leaders and professionals of the city’s urban construction systems and related administrative, scientific and technological, construction, and installation enterprises gathered to discuss the development of new building materials in Hebei Province and the promotion and application of PVC pipelines. The conference atmosphere was enthusiastic. Enthusiastically, Liu Haitao, President of Siqiang Industry Group, spoke at the meeting on behalf of the manufacturer, introduced the company’s options, the process of putting into production of PVC pipes (pieces), and the current production scale and operating results. His speech was full of passion. The words were sincere and moving, and they won applause. They also caused the participants’ exclamation: a small company located in the old Pingshan District could be in the hands of a strong forest, with the honest and simple of the old people. The spirit of character and arduous pioneering has been boldly pioneered and courageously innovated. It has taken the lead in Hebei Province to build a PVC pipe (piece) production base, and soon formed an annual production capacity of 3,600 tons. This is not easy!
