目的系统评价施保利通片治疗儿童手足口病的临床疗效。方法通过检索中国知网、万方、维普、Pub Med、EMbase等数据库,按纳入标准收集施保利通片治疗儿童手足口病的随机对照试验(randomized controlled trial,RCT),用改良的Jadad表法评价纳入文献的质量,利用Rev Man 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入7个RCT,病例数为966例。Meta分析结果显示:施保利通片组在治疗儿童手足口病的总有效率、退热时间、退疹时间方面均优于对照组。结论施保利通片治疗儿童手足口病疗效良好,且未出现明显不良反应。但因纳入文献质量较低,还需设计更加严谨的多中心、大样本随机对照试验来进一步验证。
Objective To systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy of Shi Bao Li Tong Tablet in the treatment of hand-foot-mouth disease in children. Methods A randomized controlled trial (RCT) of Shi Bao Li Tong Tablet for the treatment of hand, foot and mouth disease in children was carried out by searching databases such as CNKI, Wanfang, VIP, Pub Med and EMbase. The improved Jadad table The quality of the included literature was evaluated and Meta-analysis was performed using RevMan 5.3 software. Results A total of 7 RCTs were included, with a total of 966 cases. The result of Meta analysis showed that ShiPolitong tablet group was better than the control group in treating children’s hand-foot-mouth disease in total effective rate, antipyretic time and the time of removing rash. Conclusion Shi Bao Li Tong Tablet treatment of children with hand, foot and mouth disease is good, and no significant adverse reactions. However, due to the low quality of the included literature, more rigorous multi-center, large sample randomized controlled trials should be designed to further verify.
