以150t钢包为原型,采用FLUENT数值模拟软件研究超声波对改善钢液搅拌效果、优化超声波工作杆和频率的作用。模拟结果表明:超声波能够改变钢包内部的压力分布,有利于去除夹杂物和气体;超声波工作杆位置为0.52 H时产生负压的位置较佳,有利于减少超声波能量的损失,充分发挥超声波净化作用;频率范围在20~40 k Hz时,频率越大,空化作用越大。
Using 150t ladle as prototype, the numerical simulation software FLUENT was used to study the effect of ultrasonic wave on improving the stirring effect of molten steel and optimizing the ultrasonic working rod and frequency. The simulation results show that the ultrasonic wave can change the pressure distribution inside the ladle and is favorable for removing inclusions and gases. The location of the negative pressure generated by the ultrasonic working rod at 0.52 H is better, which is beneficial to reduce the loss of ultrasonic energy and give full play to the role of ultrasonic cleaning ; Frequency range of 20 ~ 40 k Hz, the greater the frequency, the greater the role of cavitation.
