数控技术是利用数字信息对加工制造行业进行控制的一项现代科技,这项技术可以使加工制造实现现代化和自动化,以满足经济和科技高速发展的需要,让机械制造更为方便、快捷、高效,生产出高质量的机械及零件。数控技术有着极高的技术要求,目前我国这项技术和国外相比还有一些差距,有些地方还不太成熟和完善,存在着种种问题。随着科技的进步,“中国制造2025”时代,是以设计过程数字化、制造过程智能化及生产管理过程信息化等为宗旨构筑的现代化制造业,设计、制造乃至销售等专业之间的界限将不再那么明显,而是出现了交叉学科的部分或深度融合,这就要求职业院校培养的数控技术人才应是知识面较宽的复合型人才。本文就数控技术在机械制造中的应用的现状、问题和相关问题的应对策略进行研究。
