针对传统过程控制实验装置控制算法单一,无法开展智能解耦控制等创新实践教学的现状,在已有设备上进行创新研究,开发了智能解耦控制等创新型实验项目。以压力-流量智能解耦控制为例,介绍其实现方法、控制原理、应用程序开发、系统调试等。该实验为智能解耦控制教学提供了一个模拟工业过程控制的创新实验平台,可使学生在创新项目锻炼下,创新实践能力得到提升,也使传统实验装置发挥更大的作用。
Aiming at the current situation that the control algorithm of the traditional process control experiment device is single and unable to carry out the innovative practice teaching such as intelligent decoupling control, innovative research on the existing equipment is carried out and innovative experimental projects such as intelligent decoupling control are developed. Take pressure-flow intelligent decoupling control as an example, introduce its implementation method, control principle, application development, system debugging and so on. The experiment provides an experimental platform for intelligent decoupling control teaching, which simulates the industrial process control. Under the training of innovative projects, students can improve their innovative practice ability and make the traditional experimental devices play a greater role.
