目的探究老年胃十二指肠穿孔行开腹修补术和胃大部切除术治疗的临床疗效。方法本次研究对象选取我院老年胃十二指肠穿孔患者100例,随机分为对照组和实验组两组,每组患者各为50例,对照组患者接受开腹修补术治疗,实验组患者接受胃大部切除术治疗,对比两组患者的恢复正常胃肠功能时间、手术时间、住院时间、胃十二指肠穿孔治疗总有效率以及并发症发生率。结果实验组患者的临床总有效率和对照组患者相比显著较高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者并发症发生率和对照组患者相比显著优于,差异具有统计学意义(P<0
