目的:分析改良离心法制备对冷沉淀凝血因子(冷沉淀)质量的影响.方法收集我站2016年及2017年的120袋冷沉淀制品,按照制备方式不同分为对照组和实验组,每组各60袋,对照组按照传统离心法制备冷沉淀,实验组按照改良离心法制备冷沉淀,测定两种制备方法中凝血因子Ⅷ和纤维蛋白原含量.结果:传统离心法制备的冷沉淀的合格率达到96.67%,改良离心法制备的冷沉淀合格率为98.33%,二者合格率无显著差异(P>0.05);对照组和实验组凝血因子Ⅷ含量与纤维蛋白原含量均有显著差异(P<0.05).结论:利用改良离心法制备冷沉淀,其凝血因子Ⅷ和纤维蛋白原含量较高,可提高冷沉淀制备质量.","Objective To analyze the effect of improved centrifugation on the quality of cold precipitation coagulation factor (cold precipitation). Methods 120 Bags of cold precipitation products in 2016 and 2017 were collected and divided into control group and experimental group according to the different preparation methods. Each group was 60 bags. The control group according to the traditional centrifugal preparation of cryoprecipitate, experimental group according to the modified centrifugal preparation of cryoprecipitate, determination of two kinds of preparation of factor Ⅷ and fibrin in original content method. Results The qualified rate of 96.67% traditional cryoprecipitate prepared by centrifugal casting of the modified cryoprecipitate prepared by centrifugal 98.33% pass rate, two pass rate had no significant difference (P>0.05); significant differences between the group and the experimental group of factor Ⅷ content and fibrinogen content were control (P<0.05). Conclusion The preparation of cryoprecipitate by modified centrifugal method, the blood coagulation factor and fibrinogen content is high, can improve the quality of preparation of cryoprecipitate preparation.
