廉租住房制度是我国住房保障体系中一项重要的制度安排,是解决我国城镇低收入者住房问题的有效途径。目前,廉租房制度在运行中存在一些突出问题,尤其是廉租房退出机制方面的不足。本文首先对我国廉租房退出机制的发展状况和主要内容做了简要的介绍,其次指出我国现行廉租住房制度中退出机制存在的主要问题,并对问题产生的原因进行了系统分析,最后针对廉租房退出机制提出了具体的完善措施。 Low-rent housing system is an important institutional arrangement in China’s housing security system and an effective way to solve the housing problem for low-income urban residents in China. At present, there are some prominent problems in the operation of low-rent housing system, especially the lack of low-rent housing exit mechanism. This paper first briefly introduces the development status and main contents of the exit mechanism of low-rent housing in our country, and then points out the main problems existing in the current exit mechanism of low-rent housing system in our country and systematically analyzes the causes of the problems.
