NK细胞是机体重要的兔疫效应细胞,在抵抗肿瘤和病毒感染等方面起着非常重要的作用.近年来,关于NK细胞的发育生物学及其功能的研究已成为免疫学、血液学及肿瘤学研究的热点内容之一.研究发现,NK细胞与T淋巴细胞在个体发育关系上极为接近,二者具有共同的前体细胞;骨髓为出生后NK发育分化的场所,骨髓中CD34~+造血干细胞在一定条件下长期培养后可以分化为NK细胞;NK细胞是机体造血的主要调控成分,选择性应用可促进造血的NK细胞亚群可加速造血和免疫的重建,在异基因骨髓移植中,供者的活化NK细胞能促进骨髓植入和造血重建,并能预防移植物抗宿主反应,增强抗肿瘤效应.因此,NK细胞的基础及临床应用研究具有非常重要的意义.
