城市饮用水水源地安全在促进经济发展和稳定社会方面具有重要作用。目前,水源地安全综合评价在研究方法、研究内容方面都需要改进。以《全国城市饮用水水源地安全保障规划技术大纲》为基础,从水量、水质、管理水平和环境状况等方面,构建了基于三角模糊函数的城市饮用水水源地安全评价模型,并以河南省安阳市为例进行了研究。结果表明:安阳市10处城市饮用水水源地安全程度在一般之上,且隐患等级不同。安阳市第二、第三水厂水源地安全程度很高,均不存在较高、极高隐患,岳城水库等7个水源地安全程度较高,隐患等级具有明显差别,滑县第一水厂水源地安全程度一般。指标层、准则层对于水源地安全敏感性影响各不相同。水源地盈利情况是指标层中影响岳城水库水源地安全的首要因子,而环境因子则是准则层中最为敏感的因素。结论表明研究构建的指标体系和研究模型对于我国城市饮用水水源地安全评价具有一定的借鉴意义。
The safety of urban drinking water sources plays an important role in promoting economic development and social stability. At present, the safety assessment of water sources needs to be improved in terms of research methods and research contents. Indicators and guidelines have different impacts on the safety of water sources. The profitability of water sources is the most important factor affecting the safety of YueCheng reservoir water source in the index layer, while the environmental factor is the most sensitive factor in the guideline layer. The conclusion shows that the index system and research model constructed by this study have certain reference value for the safety assessment of urban drinking water sources in China.
