在帮助教师学习的问题当中,特别值得我们重视的是农村单班小学教师的学习。我们晓得:农村单班小学,一般的都是一校一人,他们除了繁重的教学工作之外,甚至还要自炊自煮,在学习时间上与规模较大的学校教师来比,是要紧迫些的,这是一方面;另外单班小学在设备上以及教师质量上也都比较差,因此他们的学习,无论是政治理论或是教育业务在困难上就要更多些。如果这些教师再对学习存在着畏难或其他不正确的观点,那学习就更成问题了。所以,我们对于这部份教师的学习,在领导上,在具体帮助上,就需要特别注意与关切。
