①目的了解青岛市居民日常膳食中汞的含量及摄入量,防止居民出现汞中毒。②方法试验样品来自市区市场,均为常见食物,样品处理及汞测定采用国家标准方法GB5009·17-85冷原子吸收测汞法。③结果粮食类汞含量为0.010±0.002mg/kg,蔬菜类0.007±0.002mg/kg,水果类0.008±0.001mg/kg,肉蛋类0.015±0.003mg/kg,海产品类0.230±0.015mg/kg,奶类0.006±0.001mg/kg.粮食类、肉蛋类、奶类食物无样品超过汞允许含量标准;蔬菜、水果、海产品类的样品超标率分别为12.52%,13.29%,15.64%;居民每日汞的平均摄入量为16.30μg.④结论居民的平均汞摄入量符合卫生标准,不会对居民健康产生损害。
①Objectives To understand the content and intake of mercury in daily diet of Qingdao residents so as to prevent residents from mercury poisoning. Methods The test samples from the urban market are common food, sample processing and determination of mercury using the national standard method GB5009 17-85 cold atomic absorption mercury method.
