流固温耦合作用是影响液压元件使用性能的重要因素,传统的基于刚性等温模型的设计方法无法准确预测摩擦副的真实接触状态,不能满足高性能液压元件的设计要求。对国内外液压元件流固温耦合的研究进展进行了分析、归纳及评述,并对液压元件流固温耦合研究需进一步开展的工作做了展望。
Fluid-solid temperature coupling is an important factor affecting the performance of hydraulic components. The traditional design method based on rigid isothermal model can not accurately predict the true contact state of friction pair, and can not meet the design requirements of high-performance hydraulic components. The research progress of fluid - solid temperature coupling of hydraulic components at home and abroad is analyzed, summarized and reviewed, and the work to be further carried out in the study of fluid - solid temperature coupling of hydraulic components is prospected.
