目的了解福建省公共场所中央空调冷却塔水及冷凝水分离的嗜肺军团菌KatB基因携带状况,为该病防控提供基础研究资料。方法采用PCR法对2008—2010年从其水中分离的84株菌株进行KatB基因检测。结果从冷却塔水分离的78株中有25株扩增出了2.7kb的KatB毒力基因片段,阳性率为32.1%;在25株阳性菌株中,LP1、LP6和LP5血清型分别占76.0%(19/25)、20.0%(5/25)和4.0%(1/25);从冷凝水中未检出阳性。结论福建省公共场所中央空调冷却塔水中嗜肺军团菌分离株KatB基因阳性率较高,以LP1血清型所占比重最大。
Objective To understand the carrying status of Legionella pneumophila KatB gene isolated from central air-conditioning cooling tower water and condensate water in public places in Fujian Province and provide basic research data for the prevention and control of the disease. Methods 84 strains of isolates from their water during 2008-2010 were assayed by PCR. Results Of the 25 strains isolated from the cooling tower water, 2.7 kb KatB virulence gene fragment was amplified from 25 isolates. The positive rate was 32.1%. Among the 25 positive strains, the serotypes of LP1, LP6 and LP5 accounted for 76.0% (19/25), 20.0% (5/25) and 4.0% (1/25); no positives were detected from the condensate. Conclusions The positive rate of KatB gene of Legionella pneumophila isolated from central air-conditioning cooling tower in public places in Fujian Province is high, with the highest proportion of LP1 serotypes.
