巨型重载夹持机构的整体刚度直接体现为机构夹持锻件时的夹持稳定性,夹持稳定性表现为机构稳定夹紧时锻件下垂偏角的大小。考虑摩擦因数和锻件倾覆力矩对锻件下垂偏角的影响,分析夹持机构处于不同工作位置以及旋转工作过程中其锻件下垂偏角的变化情况。
The overall stiffness of the giant heavy-duty clamping mechanism directly reflects the clamping stability when the mechanism clamps the forging, and the clamping stability shows the size of the forging sagging angle when the mechanism is stable and clamped. Considering the influence of friction factor and forging overturning moment on the deflection of the forgings, the change of the forging deflection of the forging mechanism in different working positions and in the rotating process is analyzed.
