焊接缺陷中最受重视的是焊接裂纹,其原因在于它往往造成重大的损伤事故。焊接裂纹的防止在确保球罐的安全性,信赖性的意义中是相当重要的。本文综合报导石油部十个炼油厂26台球罐开罐检查的结果,调查统计球罐裂纹的分布规律,描述裂纹的形貌,着重论述裂纹的性质与开裂的原因,探讨防止球罐产生裂纹的方法。本文还就开罐检查过程中迂到的在用球罐断裂安全性分析以及球罐修补要点等问题,综述当前国内外工程上采用的规范和措施。
Welding defects, the most important is the welding crack, the reason is that it often causes major damage accident. Prevention of welding cracks is quite important in ensuring the safety and reliability of the tank. This paper comprehensively reports the results of canning inspection of 26 spherical tanks in ten oil refineries of the Ministry of Petroleum, investigating and analyzing the distribution rules of the crack in the spherical tank, describing the crack morphology, focusing on the nature of the crack and the reason of cracking, method. In this paper, we also summarize the current norms and measures adopted in engineering at home and abroad on the issues of safety analysis of ball tank fracture and the point of ball tank repair during the inspection of canning.
