随着现代科技信息的不断发展,微博营销逐渐兴起并对企业的各项管理活动产生了重要影响。客户关系管理作为企业重要的发展战略之一,受到的重视程度不断提升。当前,在大部分企业客户关系管理中,微博营销得到了重要的应用。但是,由于各方面原因使得微博营销在企业客户关系管理应用过程中还存在着很大的问题。本文在对其进行分析的基础上,提出相应的对策建议,以全面提升企业利用微博营销实施客户关系管理的能力。
With the continuous development of modern science and technology information, microblogging marketing gradually emerged and the management of enterprises have had a significant impact. As one of the important development strategies of an enterprise, customer relationship management has been given more and more attention. At present, in most of the enterprise customer relationship management, microblogging marketing has been an important application. However, due to various reasons, there are still some big problems in the application of Weibo marketing in enterprise customer relationship management. Based on the analysis of the paper, this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to enhance the ability of enterprises to use the microblogging marketing to implement customer relationship management.
