近年来,无毒精炼剂在许多工厂推广应用,收到一定的社会效益。但自八三年十月以后,对以硝酸钠和石墨为主要成分的无毒精炼剂的使用效果问题以及精炼反应机理问题展开了讨论,引起了国内广大铸铝工作者的深切关注。我们认为有必要对无毒精熔剂进行深入地研讨,以便得出正确的评价,推动铝合金精炼技术的进步。 我厂于八一年开始应用无毒精炼剂取代氯盐精炼剂(AlCl_3),消除了氯化氢的烟雾,减少了对厂房、设备的腐蚀,改善了操作工人的劳动条件和厂房周围环境。经过三年多的生产实践,证明其综合效果优于氯化铝。本文结合我们的生产实践,就无毒精炼剂的公害问题、精炼效果问题及精炼原理等。谈一些肤浅的看法。
In recent years, non-toxic smelting agent in many factories to promote the use of, received some social benefits. However, since October 1983, the use of non-toxic smelting agents containing sodium nitrate and graphite as main components and the refining reaction mechanism have been discussed. This has aroused the deep concern of the majority of cast aluminum workers in China. We think it is necessary to conduct an in-depth study of non-toxic smelting flux in order to draw a correct assessment to promote the progress of aluminum alloy refining technology. Our factory started to apply non-toxic refining agent to replace chlorine chloride refining agent (AlCl_3) in 1981 to eliminate the hydrogen chloride fume, reduce the corrosion of the plant and equipment, and improve the working conditions of workers and the environment around the factory. After more than three years of production practice, proved its comprehensive effect is superior to aluminum chloride. This article combines our production practices, non-toxic refining agent pollution problems, the refining effect of the problem and refining principles. Talk about some superficial views.
