目的对1株乳腺脓肿标本分离的缓慢生长革兰阳性抗酸杆菌进行菌种鉴定。方法采用细菌的16S核糖体核糖核酸(rRNA)基因测序分析,结合细菌的菌体形态、生长特征、API 20A和手工生化实验进行菌种鉴定。结果该菌为厌氧的、无芽孢、直或弯曲的多形性杆菌,革兰和抗酸染色为阳性。血平板培养5d形成直径大于2mm、米黄色、圆形、光滑、突起、边缘整齐、β溶血性菌落。但16SrRNA基因测序分析发现,该菌与贪婪丙酸杆菌的同源性为100%,API 20A生化编码为44365062,VP试验的阳性,符合贪婪丙酸杆菌的特征。结论该乳腺脓肿的病原菌为贪婪丙酸杆菌,其抗酸染色阳性,为国内首次报道。
OBJECTIVE To identify Gram-positive acid-fast bacilli isolated from a breast abscess specimen. Methods Bacterial 16S ribosomal RNA (rRNA) gene sequencing analysis was used to identify the bacterial species, growth characteristics, API 20A and manual biochemical experiments. Results The bacteria are anaerobic, spore-free, straight or curved pleomorphic bacteria, Gram and acid-fast staining. 5d blood plate formation diameter greater than 2mm, beige, round, smooth, protruding, edge neat, β hemolytic colony. However, the sequence analysis of 16S rRNA gene revealed that the homology of this strain to B. avium was 100%, and that of API 20A was 44365062. The VP test was positive and consistent with the characteristics of P. avium. Conclusion The pathogen of this abscess was avianobacter pesosum, which was positive for acid-fast staining and was the first reported in China.
