目的随着我国老年人口的增加,老年人慢性病的患病率也增加,老年人的自我保护能力弱,不能对其自身进行良好的调整。但是仅仅依靠现有的医疗机构并不能满足老年人治病就医的需求。如果将病床开设在患者家中建立家庭病床,将社区医疗服务的内容扩大一些,环境改善一些,不仅会缓解医院住院部门的紧张情况,也会方便患者治疗,为国家带来巨大的社会效益和经济效益。方法结合天津市的实际情况,通过对社区卫生服务机构的医务人员、管理人员和社区居民进行调查,了解慢性病的基本情况,分析疾病成因、医疗费用及其影响因素,从中了解慢性病患者对社区医疗服务的需求。结果完善社区医疗服务体系,改善现有的医疗状况,进一步发展社区医疗服务的作用。结论社区医疗需求日益加大,这对于完善社区医疗服务体系具有重要的意义。
PURPOSE With the increase of the elderly population in our country, the prevalence of chronic diseases in the elderly has also increased, and the self-protection ability of the elderly is weak and can not be well adjusted. Methods According to the actual situation in Tianjin, the author investigated the basic conditions of chronic diseases, analyzed the causes of diseases, medical expenses and their influencing factors by investigating the medical staffs, managers and community residents of community health service institutions, Service needs. Results Improve the community medical service system, improve the current medical condition and further develop the role of community medical service. Conclusion The increasing demand for community medical services is of great significance for improving the community medical service system.
