４年来我刊已二次报道过漳村矿高产高效矿井建设的实践，特别是１９９３年以专辑时该矿的报道，反映出我国第一批高产高效矿井建设的思路，实践与经验，这次报道则以综合系数分析方法和动态的财务评估，对该矿高产高效矿井建设进行投入产出分析和部特级高产高效矿井建设介绍，突出了两个特点：一是注重投入产出，实现增长方式转变；二是部特级高产高效矿井的建设。这时同类矿井无疑具有一定的借鉴作用。
