“T”抗原(Thomson-FriedenreichAn-tigen)被认为是癌相关抗原,包括大肠癌。过去的研究大多数是应用花生凝集素来检测“T”抗原,但从某些研究(肺及乳腺癌)表明应用抗“T”抗体与花生凝集素所得的结果并不相同。为了澄清“T”抗原是否出现于大肠癌及其特点,我们比较了花生凝集素,多克隆抗“T”抗体以及单克隆抗“T”抗体在人类大肠各类组织中的表现。结果表明花生凝集素对大肠癌有较高的敏感性
The “T” antigen (Thomson-Friedenreich An-tigen) is considered to be a cancer associated antigen, including colorectal cancer. Most of the past studies used peanut lectin to detect “T” antigens, but some studies (lung and breast cancer) have shown that the results obtained with anti-“T” antibodies and peanut agglutinins are not the same. To clarify whether “T” antigens are present in colorectal cancer and its characteristics, we compared the performance of peanut agglutinin, polyclonal anti-“T” antibodies, and monoclonal anti-“T” antibodies in various tissues of the human large intestine. The results show that peanut lectin has higher sensitivity to colorectal cancer
