Reported a grating-supported RF excitation common-mode dual-channel waveguide CO2 laser. In the complex environment, the short-term heterodyne frequency stability is up to 1 × 10 -9 when the frequency of the laser light is opposite to that of the dual-channel output laser. In one minute, the heterodyne frequency drift is less than 2 MHz
