静止与平衡是既相联系又相区别的两个物理概念。静止和运动是人们对物体所处的运动状态而言的,而平衡和不平衡是人们对物体受力情况进行的分析而言的。静止和运动是运动学中的基本概念,而平衡和不平衡是动力学(这里把静力学看作动力学的特殊情况,所说的动力学包括静力学)中的基本概念。所以静止比较强调其运动学特征,而平衡则着眼于其动力学特征。判断一个物体是静止的还是运动的,是以该物体相对于参照物的位置是否改变为依据的,而要判断一个物体是平衡的还是不平衡的,
Static and equilibrium are two physical concepts that are both related and distinct. Stillness and motion are people’s perception of the state of motion of an object, and balance and imbalance are aspects of people’s analysis of the force conditions of an object. Stillness and movement are the basic concepts in kinematics, and balance and imbalance are the basic concepts in dynamics (here, statics are regarded as special cases of dynamics, and so-called dynamics include statics). Therefore, stillness emphasizes its kinematics, while balance focuses on its dynamics. Determining whether an object is stationary or moving is based on whether the position of the object relative to the reference object is changed, and whether an object is balanced or unbalanced is determined.
