正常心电图各导联的P波,有直立、倒置和双相。在V_1导联的P波绝大多数是直立的,少数为双向,个别是倒置的。正常心房除极时,右心房首先除极,左心房最后除极,右房位于右前方,而左房偏向左后方,故右房除极时心电活动在v_1导联的正侧,而左房除极时心电活动在v_1导联的负侧,故可见V_1导联的P波先正后负的双向图形。V_1导联的终末向量(Ptf—v_1)正常值为-0.02毫米·秒(-0.02mm·s)。笔者对Ptf—V_1超过正常值的106例病人进行分析,试图从中探讨它在临床上的实用价值。

The normal vector for the V_1 lead (Ptf-v_1) is -0.02 mm · s (-0.02 mm · s). The author of Ptf-V_1 more than the normal value of 106 patients were analyzed in an attempt to explore its clinical value.
