目的观察玉屏风散辅助治疗对上呼吸道感染后咳嗽患儿免疫功能的影响及临床疗效。方法将150例上呼吸道感染后咳嗽患儿按照随机数字表随机分为观察组(n=75例)和对照组(n=75例),对照组给以孟鲁司特钠治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用玉屏风散辅助治疗,两组均连续治疗4周;记录两组患者治疗前及治疗第2周、4周的咳嗽评分、咳痰评分情况,并检测两组患儿治疗前后的免疫功能指标。结果治疗第1周、2周、4周两组咳嗽评分、咳痰评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),但观察组患儿的两项评分指标均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后的免疫功能指标lg G、lg A、CD_4、CD_8、CD_4/CD_8均较治疗前显著改善,但观察组患儿的改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗期间均未出现严重的药物不良反应。结论玉屏风散辅助治疗能够显著调节感染后咳嗽患儿的免疫机制,增强患儿免疫力抵抗力,进而改善患儿的临床症状,且安全可靠。
Objective To observe the effect of Yupingfengsan adjuvant therapy on immune function of children with cough after upper respiratory tract infection and its clinical effect. No severe adverse drug reactions occurred during the two groups. Conclusion Yupingfengsan adjuvant therapy can significantly regulate the immunological mechanism of children with cough after infection and enhance the immune resistance in children, thereby improving the clinical symptoms of children with safe and reliable.
