目的探讨中西医结合治疗肛周脓肿的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析本院近年来收治46例肛周脓肿患者的临床资料。结果 46例肛周脓肿的患者,均采用中西医结合治疗,即:脓肿切开引流及挂线一次性根治术配合中药内服外用治疗,患者全部治愈,手术成功率达100。患者术后肛门部疼痛明显减轻,创面愈合时间:7～26d,平均14.4d。继续随访3～6个月,无一例复发。结论中西医结合治疗肛周脓肿疗程短,效果好。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of perianal abscess. Methods The clinical data of 46 patients with perianal abscess treated in our hospital in recent years were retrospectively analyzed. Results 46 cases of perianal abscess patients were treated with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine, namely: abscess incision and drainage and hanging line with radical gavage plus external use of traditional Chinese medicine treatment, all patients were cured, the success rate of 100 surgery. Anal pain in patients after surgery significantly reduced wound healing time: 7 ~ 26d, an average of 14.4d. Continue to follow-up 3 to 6 months, no case of recurrence. Conclusion Integrative treatment of perianal abscess short course, good effect.
