目的了解某造船改建项目存在的主要职业危害因素,为制定职业病的预防措施提供依据。方法采用职业卫生学调查、工作场所职业病危害因素现场监测及职业健康检查进行综合评价。结果该项目主要存在锰及其化合物、一氧化碳、氮氧化物、臭氧、粉尘(电焊烟尘、金属粉尘)、物理因素(噪声、高温、紫外辐射)等。其中锰及其无机化合物、电焊烟尘、噪声存在超标,其余各种有毒物质均符合国家标准限值。结论通过有效的整改措施,把职业病危害风险控制在可接受的范围内,综合评价合格。
Objective To understand the major occupational hazards that exist in the reconstruction project of a shipbuilding ship and provide the basis for the prevention measures of occupational diseases. Methods Occupational hygiene survey, field occupational hazards in the workplace and occupational health examination were carried out to make a comprehensive evaluation. Results The project mainly included manganese and its compounds, carbon monoxide, nitrogen oxides, ozone, dust (welding dust, metal dust), physical factors (noise, heat and UV radiation) and so on. Including manganese and its inorganic compounds, welding fumes, noise is excessive, the remaining variety of toxic substances are in line with national standards limit. Conclusion Through effective rectification measures, the risk of occupational diseases is controlled within an acceptable range and the comprehensive evaluation is qualified.
