党校在全面推进党的建设、建设高素质干部队伍中肩负着十分重要的责任和使命。发挥党校在理论学习和宣传教育等方面的特殊作用,必须进一步加强和改进党校工作。本文从四方面作了论述:加强党性锻炼,提高自身的理论素养,增强对客观事物发展规律的认知能力和解决问题的实际能力;党务工作人员树立高度的工作责任感和工作热情,自觉履行好职责,发挥积极作用;增强服务意识,履行好职责,有效地指导和督促基层党支部开展好工作;对工作要善于归纳和总结,不断地提高工作质量,多结合实际开展创新工作。
The Party School has very important responsibilities and missions in advancing party building and building a contingent of highly qualified cadres in an all-round way. To play a special role of the party school in theoretical study and publicity and education, the work of party schools must be further strengthened and improved.
