为探讨母亲产后早期的抑郁对2～3岁小儿心理发育的影响,于产前及产后不同时期用Edinburg产后抑郁自评量表进行产后抑郁的评定。于产后2～3年用“2～3岁儿童行为检查表”、“0～3岁婴幼儿智力发育测验量表”对33例母产后早期抑郁组及65例对照组的小儿进行评价和测查,比较两组小儿行为及智力发育情况。结果病例组小儿抑郁及躯体诉述二行为因子的评分异常率高于对照组(P<0.05);智力发育指数(MDI)、心理运动发育指数(PDI)均值均低于对照组(P<0.01);MDI中等及以上水平的比例,PDI中等以上水平的比例少于对照组(P<0.05)。提示母亲产后早期抑郁对2～3岁小儿的智力及行为发育有不利影响。
To investigate the effect of early postpartum depression on psychological development in children aged 2 ~ 3 years, post-partum depression was assessed with the Edinburg postpartum depression self-rating scale at prenatal and postnatal periods. Two to three years postpartum with “2 to 3 years old children behavioral checklist”, “0 to 3 years old infants mental development test scale” 33 cases of early postpartum depression and 65 cases of control group of children were evaluated and measured Check, compare the two groups of children’s behavior and mental development. Results The abnormal scores of two behavioral factors of depression and somatic symptoms were higher in the case group than those in the control group (P <0.05). The average values of mental development index (MDI) and psychomotor development index (PDI) were lower than those in the control group (P <0.01) (P <0.05). The proportion of patients with moderate or higher level of MDI was lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). Prompted maternal early depression in children aged 2 to 3 intellectual and behavioral development have a negative impact.
