随着科学技术的发展,稀有难熔金属(如钼、钽、钛)已逐渐被应用。但稀有难熔金属有强烈的化学活性和吸气性能,因此它们的焊接,需在真空或保护气氛下进行,以避免焊接过程中的氧化、氮化和吸气现象。在实践中往往因结构形式或工件尺寸较大时,不能采用真空焊接,只能在大气下应用手工保护气氛焊炬施焊,因而我们对手工氩弧焊的气体保护性问题进行研究。通过试验研究,自行设计了一把具有较高气氛的保护性焊炬,此焊矩可以提高焊接件的气保护效
