目的分析肝脏肿不同阶段的ＣＴ表现，提高肝脏肿的ＣＴ诊断正确率。材料与方法回顾性分析４０例经手术病理、穿刺以及临床证实的肝脏肿ＣＴ表现。结果肝脓肿的典型ＣＴ表现为类圆形低密度病变．伴环形强化，而蜂窝状改变或“簇样征”则是肝脓肿早期不典型的ＣＴ表现、结论ＣＴ是肝脓肿诊断和鉴别诊断的重要检查方法，准确率可达９５％。
Objective To analyze the CT manifestations of different stages of liver enlargement and improve the accuracy of CT diagnosis of liver enlargement. Materials and Methods Retrospective analysis of 40 cases of pathological, puncture and clinically confirmed CT findings of liver enlargement. Results The typical CT manifestations of liver abscess were round-like low-density lesions. With a ring-shaped enhancement, and honeycomb-like changes or “cluster-like sign” is an atypical CT manifestations of early liver abscess. Conclusion CT is an important examination method for the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of liver abscess with an accuracy of 95%.
